About our Coffee's
Our coffee is proudly sourced and produced in the Philippines. We work with carefully selected beans from regions like Mt. Apo, Atok (Benguet), and Sultan Kudarat. By combining high-quality Arabica and Robusta, we create blends that you can tailor to your personal taste—ranging from smooth and fruity to bold and intense.
Taste & Blends
Arabica: smoother, more complex, often fruity or floral
Robusta: stronger, more bitter, with higher caffeine and body
Brewing & Usage
For espresso, we recommend blends with more body and intensity:
- Robusta blends
- 60/40 or 50/50 blends
These produce a richer crema and stronger flavor.
Caffeine & Strength
Robusta contains significantly more caffeine than Arabica.
The higher the Robusta percentage, the stronger the caffeine kick.
Freshness & Storage
Our coffee is freshly roasted and packed. The roast date is indicated on the packaging so you always know how fresh your coffee is.
