BUILT IN THE PHILIPPINES, FOR THE PHILIPPINES

A Coffee Company Designed to Help the Whole Community Grow

Brewing Club started in 2021 when founder Rey Ebro Bullicer saw cafés struggling with unreliable supply, limited training, and too little practical support. The answer was not simply another bag of beans. It was a better connection between the people who grow coffee and the businesses that serve it.

Today we source Philippine coffee, train baristas, help entrepreneurs open and improve cafés, and support more than 120 business customers. The same business also helps create educational opportunities through our partnership with Batang Pinangga Foundation.

Better Relationships at Origin Create Better Coffee

We work closer to coffee-growing communities and shorten the distance between farmer and customer. That creates more transparency, a stronger understanding of origin, and Philippine coffees that cafés and coffee lovers can serve with a real story behind every cup.

ONE BUSINESS. SHARED PROGRESS.

Value at Every Step of the Coffee Chain

Our goal is not impact beside the business. The business itself should create impact.

For Farmers

Closer relationships, clearer demand, and more opportunity for Philippine coffee to reach the customers who value it.

For Coffee Businesses

Dependable coffee, practical training, café startup guidance, equipment options, and supplies coordinated through one local partner.

For Filipino Youth

A growing coffee business helps create educational opportunities and scholarships through Batang Pinangga Foundation.

OUR JOURNEY

From Solving Supply Problems to Building an Ecosystem

Each step should strengthen the next.

1. 2021 — Start

Reliable Philippine coffee, closer to the source. Brewing Club begins by solving real supply problems for local cafés. What started as a response to inconsistent coffee supply quickly revealed a bigger need: cafés wanted knowledge, operational support, and a partner who understood their business.

2. Today — Grow

More than 120 business customers—and still growing. Coffee supply grows into training, café support, equipment, and startup guidance. Brewing Club now supports cafés, hotels, restaurants, offices, and coffee entrepreneurs with Philippine beans, barista skills, equipment and financing options, supplies, and practical café guidance.

3. Next — Multiply

From stronger farms and cafés to more educational opportunities. A stronger coffee company creates more opportunity across the Philippines. Our ambition is to expand the market for Philippine coffee, help more local coffee businesses succeed, and grow the contribution that commerce can make to education and long-term community development.

When the Coffee Chain Grows, Opportunity Can Grow With It

Geertjan Berman joined Brewing Club as co-owner and investor after more than two decades of involvement with Batang Pinangga in Cebu. Together with Ebro, the ambition became larger: build a commercially strong Philippine coffee company whose growth also helps support scholarships and educational opportunities for Filipino youth. Choosing Brewing Club means choosing Philippine coffee with a purpose that continues beyond the cup.
